RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to make an exchange.

To proceed with the exchange please send us a DM or an email with your order number, the item you want to exchange and the item you wish to receive in the case of an exchange.

Please note that, in order to accept the exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and inside their respective boxes, as you received it.

Exchanges are not applicable to our products when bought with an offer.

When you have placed an order with us, you pay upon delivery, the shipping company will take care of the rest.

We recommend:

• Cleaning them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller case to carry them. Avoid using soap and water.
• Keep them away from direct light sources for a long period.
• It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down nor to drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
